We’re open and keeping premises safe

In the ever-changing and uncertain times we find ourselves in with the current Coronavirus outbreak, the team at Ice Watch has been taking steps to ensure that we can continue to provide our services to our customers as normal.

We are taking the risk and potential implications very seriously. A Coronavirus response team has been set up for Ice Watch and its associated companies. The group meets daily to review and revise necessary actions and communications in this constantly changing environment.

Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our staff, contractors and those who attend your businesses premises. We have enhanced our hygiene procedures further and are referring to, and following government advice, on a daily basis and updating our employees and contractors as necessary.

We are in regular communication with our supply chain and logistics partners and are confident that we have sufficient stock, and capability to continue to deliver a full and unaffected service to you.

Sensibly, we have restricted travel and are following government advice regarding home working, where practical. In the interest of wanting to stay connected to our clients, and with the period for End of Season Review meetings just around the corner, I can advise that we have the facility to complete these using Microsoft Teams or even an old fashioned phone call!
