A recent survey shows an impressive 99% of Ice Watch’s customers are happy with the service they have received and would recommend it to other organisations.
The poll of over 200 organisations across the UK asked customers what they thought of various elements of Ice Watch’s winter service.
These included the following questions:
- Overall how do you rate the total Ice Watch service?
- Would you recommend Ice Watch to others?
- How would you rate the services Ice Watch provide?
Some of Ice Watch’s largest customers responded including NHS Trusts, hospitals and police services including the Met, whose pavements, car parks and roads must remain slip free at all times.
They, along with retail and business parks and educational establishments were particularly impressed that Ice Watch’s service is intelligent and involves a good deal of strategic thinking and analysis – rather than being ‘just a case of putting down some grit!’
Customers praised Ice Watch’s very professional service, reliability and attention to detail.
